Greener Pastures

About Greener Pastures

Half the lawns around Winder used to be pasture, and if you walk a property line out toward Bethlehem or Statham you can still find old fence posts leaning quietly in the fescue. Greener Pastures works that rolling ground — mowing, trimming, edging, bed work, seasonal cleanups — on the wide lots and small farms where a yard runs straight up against a field. The hills here are gentle but they are never flat, and cutting them well takes a feel for the roll of the land. There is something good about turning a rough acre back into something you would walk barefoot across. Same ground, kept better.
