About Cane Cutters Landscaping

The Cherokee County hills around Waleska do not hand anybody a flat lawn. Clay slopes, hardwood ridges, and a mowing line that has to be walked as much as ridden — that is the ground Cane Cutters Landscaping works, mowing, string trimming, edging drives and walks, cutting back the overgrowth that creeps in off the wood line every wet summer. Afternoons up here build heat and then break it with a storm rolling down out of the foothills, and the grass answers by growing another inch. Getting a hillside yard to look level is a small feat of patience. From the road it reads clean, and that is the entire idea.
