About L A Brett & Sons Inc

Wadley grew up around a railroad crossing, and the tracks still run through the middle of it with the streets laid out square to them. L A Brett & Sons Inc mows the yards on those streets and out along the roads toward Louisville and Bartow — cutting, edging, and trimming when it is due. Late summer in Jefferson County is heavy air and a sun that will not move, so the day starts early and the shade breaks are short. A crisp line where the grass stops and the sidewalk begins is the small thing that changes how a whole block looks. That is the part worth getting right, every yard, every week.
