About Taming Nature Landscaping

Out at Grand Bay, the cypress standing in blackwater makes it plain how fast this country grows over anything left to itself — vines, briars, saplings, every one of them delighted by the humidity. Taming Nature Landscaping meets that pressure right at the property line: mowing and edging on the kept ground, cutting back brush and overgrowth where a lot has gotten away from someone, shaping hedges, and carrying the cleanup off instead of stacking it at the back fence. Some visits are a routine cut; some are a whole afternoon spent taking a yard back. Either way the finish is the same — a boundary you can see, a lawn that reads as tended, room to walk again. In a place this green the line between wild and kept has to be redrawn constantly, and there is real pleasure in drawing it.
