Southern Shade Property Service

About Southern Shade Property Service

Shade is the local currency here — live oaks with moss hanging dead still in the heat, pecans leaning over back fences, pines throwing long stripes across a lawn at four in the afternoon. Southern Shade Property Service keeps the ground under all that canopy in order: mowing and edging, hedge and shrub trimming, leaf and limb pickup after a blow comes through, and cleanups that haul the debris off rather than rake it to the corner. Grass grows differently in shade, thinner and slower, so the work is fitted to each property instead of run at one speed. Houses and commercial lots sit on the same steady rotation. When the trailer gate goes up, what is left behind is a place that reads as looked after — borders defined, the drive swept, nothing dropped behind.
