About Green Thumb Lawn Care, LLC

A July storm in Valdosta arrives around four in the afternoon, empties itself in twenty minutes, and leaves the whole town steaming — and by Saturday every lawn in Lowndes County has jumped. Green Thumb Lawn Care, LLC keeps pace with that, cutting when the grass needs it rather than when the calendar says so, and getting the mower off wet turf until it can take a clean pass. The work is mowing, edging, trimming, and clearing the clippings and storm litter that a good south Georgia downpour scatters across a drive. Grass that grows this fast will forgive almost anything except being ignored. There is something plainly good about turning a shaggy, storm-fed yard back into a tight, even green in one visit.
