About Horizon Landscape, LLC

From the right yard in Toccoa you can stand at dusk and watch the Blue Ridge stack itself up in blue-black layers, one ridge behind another, until the last of the light goes. Horizon Landscape, LLC works toward that hour most days, mowing, edging and trimming lawns across town until the grass is even and the walks are swept clean. Georgia summer gives long evenings and quick storms, and a crew learns to read a thunderhead over the hills as well as it reads a lawn. A finished property has a shape to it — the beds outlined, the turf level, the tree rings cut true. When the leaves fall the work turns to clearing them, and the yard goes quiet for winter looking exactly as it should.
