About ProGro Environmental Services

Just past Temple the subdivisions loosen into Carroll County pasture, and on a May morning the dew sits so heavy that the first cut of the day leaves a dark trail behind the mower. ProGro Environmental Services works that ground with mowing, trimming, edging and yard cleanup, on a rotation that keeps up with how fast turf moves in a west Georgia spring. Grass wants to be cut at the right height and the right interval; get both right and the lawn does most of the work itself. Between the old field edges and the newer lots along the highway, the yards vary, and the approach shifts to fit them. By mid-morning the dew has burned off and there is a clean, level green where the shag used to be.
