About Green and Son's Lawn Care LLC

Noon along Demere Road in late spring, the heat sitting heavy and the smell of cut grass carrying half a block — that is the island in its working hours. Green and Son's Lawn Care LLC is out in it: mowing, edging, trimming and clearing away the clippings and limbs a St. Simons yard turns out all season long. Past the houses the marsh runs gold and green toward the water, and a well-kept lawn borrowing that view looks better for it. A straight edge held along a curb, week after week, is what the job is about. St. Simons and the surrounding Golden Isles neighborhoods are where the days go.
