The Fixer

About The Fixer

Grass gets away from people in an Effingham County summer; two weeks of heat and rain and a yard has become something else entirely. The Fixer takes those on around Springfield — cutting the overgrowth back down in stages, edging walks and drives that had been swallowed, trimming the fence lines and back corners, clearing the whole of it off the concrete. There is nothing quite like the reveal when a lawn comes back to level and the shape of the property returns. From there it becomes a matter of holding it, visit by visit, at a steady height. The second time out is always easier than the first, and that is the good news.
