About Brist Landscape

Out where the Ogeechee runs slow and tea-colored past Georgetown, autumn does not announce itself with color so much as with sound — acorns on tin roofs, pine straw sifting down, the last cicadas going quiet. Brist Landscape reads that turn as a work order: cut the lawn down for the cool months, clear the straw and acorn drop, tidy the beds and the fence lines before the dormant season sets in. The rest of the year is steady mowing, trimming, and an honest edge where turf meets concrete. Sandy soil out this way grows grass in bursts, and the answer is simply showing up on schedule. Savannah's southside and the neighborhoods along the Ogeechee are home ground.
