About Avendano's Home Services LLC

At seven in the morning the St. Augustine along Fort Howard Road still holds its dew, and the first pass of the mower leaves a dark wet track behind it. Avendano's Home Services LLC works Rincon yards on that early shift — mowing, edging along drives and walks, string trimming around foundations and fence corners, then sweeping the cut off the concrete when the last pass is done. Sandy Effingham ground drains fast and grass here climbs hard from March clear through October, so the calendar matters as much as the blade. By mid-morning the gnats are up and the heat has arrived, and the lawn behind the truck is squared away for another week. The route carries on to Springfield, Guyton, Eden and Bloomingdale. Plain work, one house at a time, and it reads from the street.
