THE LAWN FELLOW

About THE LAWN FELLOW

Along the old stretch of Highway 80 the live oaks lean over the road, the moss hangs without moving, and the yards run right up into that shade. THE LAWN FELLOW takes care of them — mowing, edging, trimming around fence posts, mailboxes and oak roots, and clearing the walks once the cutting is finished. Spring arrives loud and green in this part of Chatham County: azaleas first, then the whole lawn waking at once, and the schedule tightens week by week just to stay even with it. This is a lawn care business built on turning up on the day it said it would, so a homeowner pulls in after work to a finished yard and never has to think about it again. The satisfaction in it is small and repeatable — a lawn that reads tended from the street, in a town where the street still notices.
