About Satilla Creek Contracting

Out past the last streetlight the planted pines run in rows for miles, and the sand under them holds the heat of a Telfair County afternoon well into evening. Satilla Creek Contracting mows the yards cut out of that country — home places, roadside lots, the ones where the Bahia and the Bermuda fight it out every July. Mowing, edging, trimming and a last pass over the concrete are the whole of it, done on a week a customer can count on. Overgrown ground gets knocked back and then kept, which is easier on everybody than starting over each spring. Under this much sun, a straight-cut yard reads from a long way down the road.
