About North Georgia Roots LLC

Fall light in Banks and Hall County comes in thin and clear, and on a good October morning you can pick out the higher ground to the north standing above the haze. Gibis Construction & Landscaping LLC is out in it with the mowers, working Lula yards while the cool-season grass makes its best growth of the year. The work is straightforward — cut, edge, trim, clear the leaves off before they mat down and smother a good stand. Autumn here is short and worth using; a lawn tended through it wakes up better in spring. A yard raked clean with its borders cut sharp is a fine thing to leave behind on a cold morning.
