Taylored Turf

About Taylored Turf

A good edge is a straight line drawn between two ideas — the yard, and everything that is not the yard. Taylored Turf cuts that line into the sandy Camden County ground, where centipede and Bermuda will creep right across a driveway if nobody tells them otherwise. Come March the whole town greens up at once, and the work turns to mowing, edging, trimming and holding all that growth in measure through the long warm months after. Each lawn gets fitted to itself: the pattern that suits its shape, the height that suits its grass, the beds kept inside their borders. The reward is the walk-up view — crisp, deliberate, unmistakably tended.
