About AJH Landscaping

Some mornings in Jasper the fog settles low in the hollows under Sharp Top and holds there until the sun burns it off and the whole foothill valley goes green at once. AJH Landscaping is out in that mountain-shadowed hour, mowing, edging and trimming yards across Pickens County. Almost nothing here is truly flat — a lawn tilts toward a creek or leans off a driveway — so a straight line has to be earned one careful pass at a time. The work is finished when the grass lies in even rows, the beds have a clean shoulder of edge, and every clipping is blown off the concrete. Plain labor, done for the plain pleasure of a yard that looks cared for from the road.
