About Satilla Outdoor Resources

The Satilla runs dark and easy past Brantley County, folding around white sandbars where the cypress lean in. Hoboken sits back in that flat pine country, and Satilla Outdoor Resources keeps its yards mowed through a growing season that barely lets up. Sandy shoulders and long dirt-drive aprons are edged by hand until the grass stops in a clean line. After a summer squall there are limbs and litter to haul off, and the trimmer sorts out the fence rows and the bases of the pines. A mown lawn in this heat is a small act of order, and it gets repeated every week.
