Mashburns Lawn Services

About Mashburns Lawn Services

Fog sits low in the Towns County hollows most summer mornings, and it lifts from the ridgelines down, uncovering Hiawassee a yard at a time. Mashburns Lawn Services starts in that hour, mowers running while the grass is still cool, then the trimmer along the fence lines and the blower clearing every walk and drive. Under the long shoulder of Brasstown Bald the growing season runs green and generous, and a lawn can get away from you in a single week, which is why the rhythm matters as much as the effort. By October the work turns toward leaves, and there is a plain pleasure in a yard raked open again to the blue of a mountain autumn. The route runs through Hiawassee and on out to Young Harris, Blairsville and the roads toward Hayesville.
