Heltons’s Lawn Care

About Heltons’s Lawn Care

The freight still runs the spine of Hahira, and on an early morning you hear the horn two streets before anything moves. Heltons's Lawn Care is usually out by then, boots wet with dew, the first yard of the day already started before the heat has any say in it. Mowing, string trimming along fences and mailboxes, edging where the turf wants to creep out over concrete, and a blow-down so nothing is left on the walk. The trick in this town is beating the afternoon, and a lawn finished by ten holds its crispness all day. That clean boundary where grass stops and driveway begins is the part that stays with you.
