About VBF Lawn Services

Out on the sandy ridges of northern Twiggs County the ground is old and thin, longleaf pine standing over wiregrass, and the yards carved into it have a character all their own. VBF Lawn Services mows and edges these places in April, once the pollen finally washes off and the grass takes a real color. Trimming close along the drives and around the pines, sweeping the walks clear, holding a firm line where lawn gives way to sand — that is the difference between a yard and a clearing. Sandhill ground rewards attention more than it rewards effort. Giving it that attention, visit after visit, is the whole idea here.
