About Gainesville Grow

Downtown Gainesville keeps its square in brick and shade, and by June the planted beds around it are running ahead of everybody. Gainesville Grow takes that pace on with weekly mowing, edging, string trimming, bed weeding and maintenance, mulch and pine straw, shrub trimming, aeration and overseeding, and the cleanups that bookend the year. The name is the plain truth of the work: the growing is what this ground does, and the job is to shape it. Zoysia in the sun, fescue where the oaks lean in, and a border cut clean enough to read from the street. From the square out to the Chattahoochee side of town, the rounds keep the neighborhoods looking cared for.
