About Landscape Extraordinaire

Fort Valley State's oaks throw long shade over the west side of town, and the lawns under them have their own rules about sun and water. Landscape Extraordinaire treats a yard as a design problem first — where the light lands, where the beds should stop, how a border ought to curve — and then does the plain work that keeps the design true. Mowing on a rhythm, edging the walks, mulching, cutting shrubs back so they hold their shape instead of swallowing a porch. Middle Georgia grows things enthusiastically, which means the difference between a kept property and an overgrown one is only about three weeks. Holding that line is the job, and it shows from the road.
