About Art of Landscaping

South of town the water at Starr's Mill drops over the spillway all year, the red mill standing above it, and come October the ridge behind goes bronze and rust. Art of Landscaping takes its cues from that kind of composition — line, contrast, and a shape that still holds once the leaves let go. Mowing and edging draw the frame; bed work, mulch, shrub trimming and seasonal cleanups fill it in. Autumn here is long and unhurried, the oaks holding on well into December, so the cleanups keep coming after the calendar says the season ended. A yard that reads well from the road in November is a yard somebody was already thinking about back in August.
