About Doug's Lawn Services

January in Fairburn can hand out a sixty-degree afternoon with no warning, and suddenly the dormant lawns look less like they are sleeping and more like they are waiting. Doug's Lawn Services uses days like that — limbs picked up, leftover leaves pulled out of the beds and off the ditch line, edges recut so the walk has a border again by the time green-up arrives. The rest of the year it is the plain steady round of cutting, edging and trimming, one truck working street by street. People get used to the same schedule, and a yard on a schedule almost never looks neglected. That is the quiet arithmetic of lawn care in a town this size.
