About JSF Landscaping & grading

Rain arrives in Everett with real conviction — a wall of it in the afternoon, gone in twenty minutes, leaving every low spot in the yard holding water. JSF Landscaping & grading reads the ground for exactly that: where it falls, where it pools, and where a little reshaping sends runoff away from a doorstep instead of toward it. Grading work, then the ordinary steady care that keeps a place looking kept — mowing, edging, string trimming, cuttings hauled off. There is real satisfaction in walking a property after the next storm and finding the puddles gone. Low, flat land near the river does not forgive sloppy contour, and getting it right is the whole point.
