About Everything Outdoor Maintenance

Mist sits low over the river bottom outside Everett most mornings, silvering the pines until the sun climbs high enough to burn it off. That is the hour Everything Outdoor Maintenance likes best — mower off the trailer, dew still heavy, the first pass laid down straight across a yard that has been growing all week in coastal Georgia heat. Mowing, edging along the walk, trimming close to the fence posts, then the drive blown clean so nothing tracks inside. By noon the live oaks throw their shade over a lawn that looks deliberate and held. Out here where the land runs flat toward the marsh, a tended yard is its own small answer to all that wild green.
