About Freeland Management, LLC

Red clay is the first fact of Madison County, and by May it grows grass faster than anyone expects. Danielsville keeps its courthouse square and its hayfields within sight of each other, with the Broad River running off east through the pines. Freeland Management, LLC tends the yards in between — mowing on a regular round, edging the walks, squaring up the fence corners, and blowing the concrete clean before the truck pulls away. There is a particular satisfaction in a piedmont lawn cut on schedule, its stripes lying flat across the roll of the ground. All summer, that steady rhythm is what keeps a place looking cared for.
