Famuk-Do All

About Famuk-Do All

There is an hour in a Covington August, just after the sun drops behind the pines, when the heat loosens and the fireflies come up out of the grass. Famuk-Do All tends to be finishing then — the mowing done, the edges run, the last of the trimmings pushed off the walk and the drive. The name says the range of it: cutting, trimming, hedge work, cleanups and hauling off whatever a yard has collected. Property here fills in fast, and it takes someone willing to handle the odd corners as well as the open middle. Leaving a place completely finished in one visit is worth the last twenty minutes of daylight.
