About Vaughn Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC

Colquitt keeps its stories on the walls — murals around the courthouse square — and down in the creek bottoms the mayhaws come in white when April opens up. Vaughn Lawn Care & Landscaping LLC works the yards and lots off that square and out along the county roads, mowing, edging, trimming and carrying away every clipping before the truck pulls off. In deep southwest Georgia the grass starts early and runs late, so the calendar matters as much as the machine. Toward evening the light goes soft over the live oaks, and a fresh-cut yard looks like it has been waiting on company. Small-town ground, kept plain and kept right.
