About Pye Landscape Co.

From the ridge on Pine Mountain, Cartersville reads as a patchwork of rooftops, pine stands, and small green rectangles laid between them. Pye Landscape Co. keeps a share of those rectangles, mowing, edging and trimming through the long Georgia growing season and laying mulch where beds meet turf. Spring arrives in a rush of dogwood and pine pollen; autumn comes slowly, and the leaves have to be moved more than once before they are gone. The measure of a day here is simple — a straight edge at the curb, shrubs shaped rather than hacked, nothing left behind on the sidewalk. Seen from a trail overlook or from the end of the driveway, the work holds up.
