About Elite Topdressing

Every lawn tells the truth about the ground beneath it — the low spot that puddles after a Buford thunderstorm, the old trench line, the ruts a truck left one wet March. Elite Topdressing works on that layer: topdressing and leveling to bring a yard back to an even plane, then mowing, edging and trimming to keep it honest. Late spring is the moment, when Georgia's warm-season grass is climbing hard and will knit up through fresh material instead of sulking under it. Weeks later the yard mows flat, the wheels stop bouncing, and the color runs uniform all the way to the property line. Buford and the towns around it are within reach.
