Southern Grounds Lawn Care

About Southern Grounds Lawn Care

First light in Brooklet comes in flat and silver across the dew, and for an hour the grass holds every footprint before the day burns it off. Southern Grounds Lawn Care starts early on the town's short grid of streets, mowing, edging, working the trimmer into the tight corners, and blowing the cuttings back off the sidewalk. Lawns in this corner of Georgia grow through most of the calendar, so the schedule stays a weekly one whether the week was easy or not. The best part of the job is the look back from the street: parallel lines, a clean margin at the curb, a front yard sitting up straight. Around Brooklet, that is what the work is for.
