About Gibson Tree/Land Service (Travis Gibson)

Out the Ivy Log road the hardwoods go bare in December and you can finally see the shape of the land underneath. Travis Gibson runs Gibson Tree/Land Service on that kind of ground around Blairsville — mowing, string trimming, edging, clearing fallen limbs and leaves, and keeping open lots and rough acreage cut back. Mountain property does not stay tidy on its own; one season of wind and growth will close in a yard edge fast. Working it back to a clean boundary, where lawn ends and woods begin, is the part that shows from anywhere on the place. Winter gets the cleanup; spring puts the mower back to work.
