B3 Property Management

About B3 Property Management

A route is its own kind of map: this drive, then the corner lot, then the row of houses over toward Shotwell Street. B3 Property Management runs one across Bainbridge week by week — mowing, edging, trimming, and clearing the debris so each property looks looked-over rather than merely cut. By Friday evening the last gate closes and the whole route reads the same, which is the point of it. Southwest Georgia gives a long growing season and asks for it back, so the schedule holds from March until the turf finally goes tan. Off-season the attention shifts to leaves, sticks and borders — the small upkeep that keeps a place from sliding.
