About Ronnys Lawn Maintenance LLC

South of the city the land lets go of its hills, the pines thin out, and the clay along the shoulders turns that particular Georgia red. Ronnys Lawn Maintenance LLC keeps to those roads out toward Hephzibah and Blythe, where the lots run long and the last mow of the day happens in low gold light with the cicadas going full tilt. Grass grows fast down here from April to October, so the work is steady and unglamorous: cut, trim the fence lines, edge the drive, blow the clippings off the porch steps. There is real satisfaction in the turn at the end of a long back yard, looking back at even stripes where an hour ago there was shag. Come fall the job shifts to leaves and cleanups, hauling the year off a lawn so it can rest.
