Affordable Aeration

About Affordable Aeration

Under every Atlanta lawn there is red Piedmont clay, and by the end of a hot summer it has packed itself down as tight as brick. Affordable Aeration comes for exactly that: cores pulled in rows, plugs left to crumble in the October rain, seed and air finding their way to roots that had given up on both. Fall is the right season for it here — cool nights, fescue waking under the water oaks of Brookhaven, Bermuda still holding color out in the sun. The work looks modest from the curb and then shows itself months later, in a spring lawn that drinks the rain instead of shedding it. That patience is the whole craft.
