T & J Lawn Care

About T & J Lawn Care

The old rail line still runs through Americus, and on some weekends an excursion train works its way toward Plains at about the speed of a bicycle, past back yards and fence lines and everybody's grass. T & J Lawn Care keeps a fair number of those yards — mowing, trimming, edging, hedge work, leaf and limb cleanup, walkways cleared at the end of the job. Autumn here is slow to commit; the heat lingers into October and then one Tuesday the air changes and the cutting height changes with it. Two names on the truck means two people who both have to be satisfied before it pulls away. That's a decent standard in a town where everyone drives past everyone's house.
