About Carter’s landscaping & handyman services

In the older streets of Americus the houses wear deep porches, and the crape myrtles come on in June like somebody lit them. Carter's landscaping & handyman services works those lots and the newer ones out toward the highway — mowing, edging along the sidewalks, trimming shrubs back off the porch rails, bed cleanups, mulch and pine straw. Sumter County heat makes its own schedule; the cutting gets done before the middle of the day, while the dew is off and the air still has some give in it. An edge cut sharp against a walkway is the part worth standing back to look at. Every yard on the street is somebody's front page, and it ought to read well.
