A Neighbors Touch

About A Neighbors Touch

Evening arrives gently in the newer streets off Hall Station Road, porch lights blinking on one by one while the last mower of the day finishes its run. A Neighbors Touch keeps lawns on those cul-de-sacs and back roads the way a neighbor would want them kept — grass cut at an even height, edges run along the drive and the mailbox post, string trimmer taken around the AC pad and the swing set legs. Adairsville is small enough that a yard is seen by everyone who passes, and that is part of the pleasure of the job. There is something quietly hopeful about a street where each lawn is level with the next one. When the blower is shut off and the truck pulls away, all that's left is the smell of cut grass drifting over the fence.
