Fox Turf Care

About Fox Turf Care

Before sunrise the low ground in northwest Cobb holds a thin mist, and the fescue comes up out of it beaded and gray-green. Fox Turf Care starts the day in that quiet — mowing, edging, trimming, and the seasonal turf work that keeps grass thick rather than merely short. Turf lives a hard life around Acworth, caught between heat that suits one kind of grass and cool stretches that suit another, so watching how a lawn is actually growing matters more than any fixed calendar. Cutting height, timing, a sharp blade, a route that returns before the yard gets away from itself: that is most of the trade. By mid-morning the mist has burned off and the lawn is standing up straight.
