About Lawn Boys

Acworth keeps a shoreline in the middle of town, and mornings there start with mist standing over Lake Acworth before the first boat trailer backs down the ramp. Lawn Boys likes that hour best — cool grass, long shadows off the pines, the mower running before the heat finds the red clay. By the time families are spreading towels on the sand at Cauble Park, the yards up the hill are cut, edged and blown clean to the curb. There is real pleasure in a lawn that looks combed, in stripes that hold their line all the way to the mailbox. Lake road or subdivision cul-de-sac, they leave a place looking cared for.
