About Amelia Lawn & Landscaping Services

The wind that crosses Nassau Sound does not stop at the water; it comes on over the spartina and up the highway into Yulee, carrying salt and the smell of low tide. Amelia Lawn & Landscaping Services works in that wind, mowing and edging and shaping the shrub lines that take the brunt of it. Coastal yards ask for a particular patience — sandy ground, sun that does not let up, plantings that want a firm hand once or twice a season. The reward is a lot that looks composed instead of merely cut: beds defined, turf even, the walkway edge sharp enough to read from the street. Between the island and the mainland there is plenty of ground to keep looking that way.
