About Amber landscaping

In February the azaleas at Kraft Azalea Garden go off all at once along Lake Maitland, and the east side of Winter Park seems to agree that the yard season has started. Amber landscaping works the weeks around that bloom the way other places work a harvest: mowing on a steady rhythm, edging the beds back to a clean curve, trimming shrubs so the color has somewhere to sit. Late afternoon is the good hour, when the lake throws light back up under the camphor trees and every fresh-cut lawn on the street looks a shade greener than it did at noon. Clippings get blown off the walks, the beds get their line back, and the yard is handed over tidy. Homes across Winter Park and Maitland keep it on the calendar.
