About Alvarez Landscaping

A January front comes down Okeechobee Boulevard as a change in the wind more than anything else — dry, northerly, bright — and Westgate's lawns slow to an easy pace. Alvarez Landscaping uses that stretch of the year for the careful passes: cutting a touch higher, recutting edges that soften over time, trimming hedges back into shape while growth is gentle. Then the rains return and the work turns to keeping up, week by week, so nothing ever gets ahead of the mower. Both halves of the year matter, and both leave the same result at the gate: a lawn level, edged, and swept. That steadiness is the whole point of a route.
