About Vasquez Tree and Landscaping, Corp

In June the royal poincianas over West Palm Beach go off like a slow orange fire, and for a few weeks half the ground beneath them is petals. Vasquez Tree and Landscaping, Corp is out in it anyway — mowing, edging, shaping the hedges back, and running the yard cleanups that keep all that beauty from becoming a mat on the lawn. Shade is a gift in this climate and it is also a complication, because grass under a canopy needs a different touch than grass in open sun. Handled right, a shaded yard still comes out even and neatly trimmed at the borders, with the walk left bare and nothing behind but the smell of cut green. That is the difference between a lot that gets mowed and a lot that gets kept.
