Lee Lawn and Tree

About Lee Lawn and Tree

Between the Tamiami Trail and the river, Villas grew up under big trees — live oaks, banyans, and the kind of shade that keeps a yard cool at ten in the morning. Lee Lawn and Tree works those shaded lots, mowing at a steady height, trimming close around trunks and root flares where a deck cannot go, cutting the edge along the walk and drive, then blowing the leaf litter and clippings off the concrete. Grass under a canopy is its own problem — thinner, slower, particular — and it repays a steady hand more than a fast one. Through the rainy season the mowing is weekly work; through the dry winter months the cleanups take over. Either way the yard reads cared for, right down to the curb.
