About Caribbean Lawn and Landscape, Inc.

On the barrier island the wind comes off the Atlantic all day, salt-heavy, and every yard learns to live with it. Caribbean Lawn and Landscape works those lots between the dune line and the Indian River Lagoon, where sea grape leaves collect in the corners and the grass takes sun from noon straight through. The work is mowing, edging, trimming around palms and planting beds, and a clean sweep of the drive once the cutting is finished. Salt air is hard on turf, so the approach is regular and unhurried rather than dramatic. At midday, with the ocean loud two streets over, a freshly cut yard on that island looks like the calmest thing for miles.
