Preferred Property Care

About Preferred Property Care

In late July the thunderheads build up by afternoon, and everybody in Venice watches the sky and works a little faster. Preferred Property Care runs its mowing routes that way — ahead of the weather, borders cut, clippings swept off the walk before the first drops land. Grass out here grows fast and keeps on growing, so consistency does more for a property than any single big effort. Come autumn the routes turn to cleanups, with leaves and stalks and summer's leftovers hauled away until the lawn lies open again. The best part is driving past a place at dusk and finding it still holding its lines.
