About Yonvi Property Services

January in Temple Terrace is the gentle season: cool dry air, light coming in low and gold down the side streets, the lawns slowed almost to a stop. Yonvi Property Services keeps at it through those quiet months, mowing on the longer interval the dry season calls for, edging walks and drives so the lines stay honest, hand-trimming the corners a mower cannot reach. Cabbage palm fronds and winter litter are gathered up and carried away, and the shrubs get cut back before the spring push arrives. Then February turns, the moss-hung oaks let go of last year's leaves all at once, and the raking starts over across every yard on the block. From Temple Terrace out toward Thonotosassa and Seffner, the aim is simple and worth doing well: a yard that looks tended when the truck pulls away.
